The finest South Indian food. Try the iddly (steamed sourdough rice cakes), vadas (savory donuts) and bonda dumplings with sambar and a variety of their fresh chutneys, and you're in heaven. You cannot go wrong with ANY of the dosas (filled crepes) or uthapams (savory pancakes). North Indian staples like channa and sag paneer are good, too.
